1) REFUND RULES:

7. RULES OF RETURNING THE PRODUCT

e. Our technical support staff or customer support staff, as appropriate, will advise You of which method of delivery to use to return the products. Authorized product returns must be sent to the address communicated by Our authorized personnel.
